UltraViolet Cyber in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Incident Response to lead a global SOC and offshore security-analyst team, coordinating with executives to mitigate risk and secure the environment. You will drive incident response, detection coverage, and governance across the organization.

The role requires onsite presence three days per week (Tue–Thu), guiding security strategy, risk management, and vendor risk programs while aligning with product security leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Computer Science field.
• Experience leading SOC or Incident Response teams.
• Experience with Zero Trust rollout and threat intelligence partnerships.
• Experience owning detection engineering and cloud security reviews.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF risk management and vulnerability processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Corporate Security Program and SOC team.
• Develop and enforce risk assessment frameworks and controls.
• Establish security metrics, dashboards, and governance reporting.
• Lead incident response, vulnerability remediation, and third-party risk programs.
• Drive secure software development culture and security training.
• Coordinate with executives, risk owners, and internal IT partners.
