Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group is seeking an Information Security Manager in Agawam, MA (Full Time Professional). This is a hands-on, owner role responsible for shaping the security program and performing core security work across our cloud-first environment and OT interfaces.

You will lead governance, risk, and compliance, coordinate with Paragus SOC, respond to incidents, tune tools like Huntress and Mimecast, and report security posture to the VP of Technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security with hands-on and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with incident response and EDR tooling.
• Microsoft 365 / Entra security depth including MFA/CA and Defender.
• Email security administration and policy enforcement.
• Vulnerability management and remediation experience.
• Experience owning or contributing to a security awareness program.
• Ability to set policy/governance and report security posture to executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• US work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive information-security roadmap and priorities across brands and sites.
• Develop and maintain security policy, standards, and governance.
• Own risk and compliance programs, including audits and remediation tracking.
• Oversee security awareness program and phishing simulations.
• Manage security vendors and the Paragus co-managed SOC relationship.
• Report security posture, KPIs, and incident summaries to leadership.
• Lead due diligence and integration for acquisitions and security baseline.
• Own cyber-insurance renewals and external security questionnaires.
• Own business continuity and disaster-recovery planning.
• Contribute security considerations to major technology projects.
