Job summary

Dark Wolf Solutions seeks an Information System Security Manager to help the AF Life Cycle Management Center obtain and maintain an Authority to Operate for a classified cloud environment. This role is primarily remote with support out of Dark Wolf Hubs in several U.S. locations.

You will lead cyber defense operations, RMF implementation, and incident response to safeguard critical systems. Responsibilities include coordinating with COTR and Sponsor staff, delivering strategic security

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Hands-on experience enforcing information protection policies in an unclassified environment.
• Extensive experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, ELK Stack, CrowdStrike).
• Experience with infrastructure and cloud security tools including Terraform/Ansible, Github.
• At least one of CASP+ CE, CSSLP, CISSP certifications.
• Strong experience with DoD and Air Force RMF.
• Proficiency with a major cloud platform (GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical and operational effectiveness of cyber defense capabilities in coordination with COTR and Sponsor Staff management.
• Deliver strategic recommendations to refine architectures, processes, incident handling, and reporting lifecycle.
• Ensure operational readiness and effectiveness of Agency IT systems, network defenses, and situational awareness reporting.
• Manage comprehensive incident response operations and deliver actionable, high-impact analytical products.
• Maximize the utility of existing security tools to correlate data into actionable intelligence.
• Drive agile automation initiatives to eliminate manual inefficiencies across the cyber defense program.
