Job summary

TransGlobal seeks a Senior Manager, Information Security to lead global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and US-based vendor management. Reporting to the CTO, you will design, implement, and operate a secure and scalable technology environment enabling cross-border growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Software Development, QA, and AI & Automation teams to align infrastructure and security with modern development practices, while ensuring audit readiness and continuous security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive IT or Cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
• Strong hands-on expertise in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure (cloud, network, enterprise systems)
• Proven experience establishing IT governance, security frameworks, and operational standards
• Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Software Development, and QA teams
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT infrastructure design, implementation, and operations for scalable, secure platforms
• Ensure high availability and performance of technology environments
• Direct IT service delivery and oversee the IT Service team and escalation tiers
• Establish infrastructure standards and roadmaps for growing demands
• Develop and enforce enterprise cybersecurity policies and controls
• Drive compliance readiness with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2 in collaboration with Legal
• Manage US vendor and partner services, contracts, SLAs, and renewals
• Define and track KPIs across infrastructure, security, and IT operations
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Software Development, QA, and AI & Automation teams
• Provide leadership, coaching, and succession planning for the IT service team
