Job summary

A-Gas Americas is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Engineer to design and evolve secure, resilient IT/OT infrastructure and networks, focusing on business continuity and eliminating single points of failure.

You will partner with MSPs, OT engineers, and product owners to keep manufacturing systems and critical assets available and protected, applying CIS controls, Zero Trust, and modern security practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering with security focus.
• Expertise in VMware virtualization and Microsoft stack (Entra ID/Azure AD, Windows Server, Intune, M365, Defender, Sentinel).
• Proven experience designing redundant network architectures and business continuity strategies.
• Familiarity with Meraki networking and firewall configuration for secure cross-business connectivity.
• Knowledge of CIS18 controls, NIST CSF, and Zero Trust principles.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash) and validating MSP deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve secure, resilient IT/OT infrastructure and network architectures to maximize business continuity.
• Identify mitigations for cyber vulnerabilities and oversee MSP remediation and validation.
• Collaborate with OT engineers and Product Owners to keep manufacturing systems and critical assets secure and available.
