Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Information Security Compliance Analyst to help maintain regulatory and contractual compliance across the organization. You will support assessments, monitor activities, and assist with risk management while aligning with industry best practices.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, has a foundational understanding of compliance frameworks, and can collaborate with Legal and Security teams to address gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information security, computer science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or related roles.
• Experience supporting compliance efforts with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
• Foundational understanding of risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with regulatory compliance and risk assessments across the organization.
• Maintain information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Support audits and provide evidence of compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract updates to maintain compliance and risk posture.
