Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Information Security Compliance Analyst to help ensure the organization meets regulatory, contractual, and internal security standards. The role emphasizes audits, risk assessments, and maintaining security posture in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in information security/compliance, knowledge of GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, and experience with GRC tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information security, CS, or IT.
• 4+ years of information security, compliance, or related roles.
• Experience supporting regulatory and industry framework compliance.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methods and control frameworks.
• Familiarity with compliance management tools and GRC platforms.
• Proficiency in audit preparation and remediation plans.
• Knowledge of cloud security and third-party risk management.
• Certifications such as Security+, CSX, CISA, CISM, or CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support audits and evidence gathering for regulatory and client assessments.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract updates to maintain compliance.
• Track and remediate compliance gaps with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain risk register and monitor risk exceptions.
