A growing Managed Services Provider is seeking a Senior Site Services Technician to join its San Francisco team.

This role is ideal for experienced IT professionals who enjoy a mix of hands-on technical support, client-facing work, and team leadership. You'll serve as a senior escalation resource across a variety of client environments while mentoring junior technicians and helping drive service excellence.

Key areas of focus include:

• White-Glove End User Support
• Hardware Deployments & Refreshes
• Technical Escalations & Troubleshooting
• Field Technician Mentorship

We're looking for professionals who have:

• Strong onsite IT support experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
• Experience supporting executive and end-user populations
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, macOS, and basic networking
• A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
• Experience mentoring or leading junior technicians is a plus
