Job summary

Premier Staffing Partners, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a large Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modernization program focused on Oracle Financials in a hybrid Knoxville, TN environment. You will drive planning, governance, and delivery across Finance, Technology, and external partners.

The role requires strong executive communication, risk and stakeholder management, and hands-on leadership of SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live activities using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations or major project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and project health.
• Partner closely with Finance and Technology teams across ERP-related workstreams.
• Manage and hold implementation partners and system integrators accountable for deliverables, timelines, and commitments.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including steering committees, RAID logs, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Prepare and present executive-level project updates to senior Finance and business leaders.
• Coordinate testing activities across SIT and UAT, including test planning, scripts, execution tracking, defects, and readiness.
• Lead or support cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
• Coordinate workstreams involving integrations, data conversion, reporting, training, and business readiness.
• Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modernization program, with a primary focus on Oracle Financials. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established organization in the Knoxville area. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and partnering closely with Finance, Technology, business leadership, and external implementation partners. This opportunity is best suited for an experienced ERP Project Manager who can drive accountability, communicate confidently with executive stakeholders, and successfully lead complex Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives from planning through go-live.

Required Experience

• Experience serving as a Project Manager on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations or major project phases.
• Hands-on project leadership experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials or related finance processes.
• Understanding of one or more areas such as:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Fixed Assets
• Cash Management
• Experience managing third-party implementation partners or systems integrators.
• Strong project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing SIT/UAT testing, defect tracking, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical teams, Finance stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or comparable project management certification.
• Finance or accounting background.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project and testing tools.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.
