Job summary

Capstone IT, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise technology transformation across ERP, HCM, and Finance systems. You will own delivery from initiation through implementation, coordinating business and technical teams, vendors, schedules, budgets, risks, requirements, testing, and executive-level reporting.

Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred but not required. Top candidates will have 6+ years in IT or business technology with leadership, ERP project

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Partner with sponsors and product owners to define project vision, scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Build and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Coordinate ERP, HCM, Finance, technical, business, and vendor workstreams.
• Manage implementation partners and software/hardware vendors.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, estimation, and testing strategy.
• Track progress against budget, schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, quantify, mitigate, and monitor project risks and issues.
• Manage project costs and provide accurate budget reporting.
• Lead project teams and assign responsibilities across business and technical resources.
• Support Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Provide regular project communications and executive-level status reporting.

Capstone IT is helping our client find a Project Manager who will lead a large-scale enterprise technology transformation involving ERP, HCM, and Finance systems. This person will manage complex projects valued at $100M+, owning delivery from initiation through implementation. Day to day, the Project Manager will coordinate business and technical teams, manage vendors, schedules, budgets, risks, requirements, testing, and executive-level project reporting. Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred but not required.

• Demonstrated ERP project management experience.
• Experience delivering HCM and Finance system initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise programs/projects of $100M+.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise application implementations.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, vendors, requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Oracle Primavera, Enterprise Project Server, or similar PM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Nice to have: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM experience.
• Nice to have: Master's degree.
• Nice to have: experience with regulated environments and standards such as NAESB.
