One of our clients is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. Must be strong specifically with the network infrastructure side of things. Looking for someone that has great communication skills. Please make sure you are comfortable with the pay rate that is listed. It is 100 percent remote, however, there will be initial training the first month in Minneapolis.

Day to day: As a Senior Project/Program Manager for Insight Global, you will lead and coordinate 165 branch refresh projects for banks nationwide, acting as the primary contact for external vendors. You will collaborate closely with the network team to understand port availability on switches and develop comprehensive solutions for project implementation. Additionally, you will work with the engineering team and 3rd party vendors for ground bar validation, digital signage, teller line refresh, on-site surveys, light refreshes, teller line changes, and WAP/cabling/switch solutions ensuring coordination of circuit, cable, network equipment, and phone orders and installations. Scheduling and coordination with internal stakeholders and various third-party vendors (Bailiwick being one of them) are crucial to ensure project timelines and requirements are met. You will oversee multiple Scopes of Work (SOWs) to ensure they are completed on time and meet expectations, utilizing Microsoft suite tools such as Project Manager, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook for project management and documentation. Strong communication, process, and documentation skills are essential to maintain clarity and efficiency in project execution. You will identify risks and roadblocks, develop solutions to navigate them, and communicate these to the appropriate stakeholders and third-party vendors. Finally, you will present project updates to stakeholders using visuals and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
