- Strong functional understanding of hospital, clinic, and billing operations is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-hospital and large-scale projects is preferred.

- Previous experience with project management methodologies and toolsets.
- Demonstrated ability in issue escalation, problem resolution, and conflict management.
- Strong metrics and reporting skills.
