Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Principal Information Systems Project Manager to lead complex programs in Roy, Utah, supporting the Sentinel Program. You will supervise cross-functional teams, ensure on-time, within-budget delivery, and drive execution plans with senior leadership.

Required is a DoD Secret clearance, strong systems engineering or SDLC background, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence and Microsoft Office. Relocation assistance may apply, with base salary range provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAM, EVM, IMS, and risk/issue/opportunity management.
• Ability to lead large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• U.S. Citizen with DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare project execution plans and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead CAM, EVM, IMS, and RIO tasks and related procurement activities.
• Brief leadership and manage agile/DevOps activities and Jira/Confluence usage.
