SGS Consulting in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a hardware technician to refurbish, repair, configure, and quality‑assure returned store equipment, and to stage new IT hardware for shipment to field service technicians and stores.

You will maintain asset tracking in internal inventory systems, process warranty claims, and keep the work area clean and safe, including lifting up to 30 lbs solo (80 lbs with assistance).

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• General IT hardware or support experience acceptable.
• Basic technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
