Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent.
• 4-6 years' experience with firewall systems and enterprise networks.
• Experience with modern networking, security, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls and backup devices.
• Design IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN and disaster recovery systems.
• Provide remote/on-site support when escalated from help desk.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues using scientific methods for prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and rapid issue resolution.
• Create and maintain network configuration and service documentation.
