Job summary

NextGen Healthcare seeks an experienced Manager, Information Operations to lead regional field engineering and centralized support for enterprise healthcare partners. Qualifications

Monitor, report on SLAs, response times, and customer satisfaction; implement corrective actions.
Serve as escalation point for complex issues and communicate with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Managed Services, Applications, and Infrastructure teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
