• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Advanced knowledge of governance, security, data privacy, and records management.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and technology implementations.
• Experience translating requirements into practical processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve governance procedures, standards, and controls.
• Administer ethical wall technologies (e.g., Intapp Walls) to meet confidentiality needs.
• Analyze information, records, email, and content management processes for risk and efficiency.
• Gather requirements for governance tech initiatives and support deployment.
• Maintain governance controls, testing methodologies, and compliance assessment criteria.
• Conduct information security reviews and recommend remediation.
• Translate policies into operational workflows and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align governance with client requirements.
