Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, financial services, or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of information governance, information security, data privacy, and records management principles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and technology-related projects.
• Familiarity with document management systems (NetDocuments, iManage) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Information Governance Manager and Senior Analyst in administering and enhancing governance, ethical wall, client confidentiality, and security control programs.
• Document, analyze, and assess information, records, email, and file management processes; identify gaps and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support project execution, track deliverables, and maintain documentation.
• Analyze business processes to support policy development, process improvements, and service delivery firm-wide.
• Lead initial investigations into security alerts and update document security as needed.
• Develop recommendations to improve preventive controls and ensure compliance across information and records management.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support program oversight and strategic decisions.
• Assist lawyers and staff with reviewing and processing emails, documents, and access requests.
