Qualifications
- 3–5+ years IG experience in law firms or consulting.
- Strong process analysis of IG, records and risk in law firms.
- Support pre-sales activities and speak in client voice.
- Experience with billing hours and billable quotas.
- IG certifications such as IGP, CRM or Purview are preferred.
- Experience with FileTrail, iCompli or FIT systems is preferred.
- Based in the US.
Responsibilities
- Consult with law firms on IG policies, procedures and workflows.
- Support business development with IG knowledge and demos.
- Assist in implementing IG solutions with the technical team.
- Assess unstructured data and remediate legacy content.
- Contribute to thought leadership on IG topics.
- Stay updated on IG best practices and regulations.
- Assist in IG proposals, plans and presentations.
- Help ensure client satisfaction with projects.
- Build relationships with law firm IG and risk professionals.
- Obtain relevant IG certifications.
