Job summary

eSentio Technologies is seeking a Lead IG Consultant with Conflicts and Intake expertise to guide top law firms on policies, workflows, and Intapp implementations. You will own the Conflicts and Intake practice, lead projects, and contribute to business development with SME insights.

The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on implementation of Intapp products, collaboration with a skilled IG team, and opportunities to shape the firm's information governance offerings on a global

Qualifications

Conflicts and Intake SME with 5+ years in-house or consulting in conflicts and intake using Intapp.
Pre-sales experience and ability to position for clients in a competitive environment.
Intapp certifications for Conflicts, Intake, Terms and/or Walls preferred.
Proven track record of client delivery/execution success with Intapp products.
Experience with billing hours and tracking time.

Responsibilities

Consult with law firms on Conflicts and Intake policies, procedures and workflows.
Support business development and sales with SME knowledge for Conflicts and Intake.
Implement Intapp solutions such as Intake, Conflicts, Walls, Flow, Terms, and Time with the tech team.
Develop thought leadership content on Conflicts and Intake topics.
Stay updated with Intapp product changes and roadmaps to support clients.
Assist in preparation of Conflicts and Intake oriented proposals and plans.
Ensure client satisfaction with projects in collaboration with PM/leadership.
Network with firm experts to support business development.
Obtain certifications for Intapp and related technologies.
