Job summary

Waters Corporation in the Central District seeks an Informatics Business Development Specialist to lead pre-sales software demonstrations for CDS, Waters Cloud applications and LMS, and to help win regional enterprise deals in the scientific and life sciences markets.

You will collaborate with Informatics Specialists, product marketing, and field teams, travel within the district as needed, and apply deep knowledge of lab workflows and GxP requirements to customer conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Three to Five years' technical sales experience in a complex selling environment.
• Experience selling enterprise software or high-tech instrumentation.
• Experience selling into organizations regulated by GxP rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer‑focused software solution demos and workflow analysis.
• Focus on customer problems and workflows.
• Travel within district and beyond region as needed.
• Support Proof of Concept evaluations (POCs).
• Collaborate with Informatics Specialists and marketing teams.
• Demonstrate Waters Informatics products and discuss concepts.
