Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Informatics Engineer to partner with IT and lab teams. You will implement and support digital laboratory solutions, with focus on LIMS/ELN/CDS, ensuring regulatory standards and data integrity across the Foundry startup.

The role requires 5+ years of IT/validation experience, strong communication skills, and a hybrid work model with three days onsite and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT, engineering, computer system validation, or related informatics support.
• Experience with LIMS: LabVantage, LabWare; ELN: Benchling, Signals Notebook.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design & configuration for LIMS/LES/ELN/CDS platforms.
• Develop IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Maintain CSV documentation and SOPs; ensure regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure operational readiness of lab systems.
• Support audits, management reviews, and instrument connectivity.
