Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Informatics Engineer to partner with laboratory IT and global teams to implement and support digital laboratory solutions at the Lilly Medicine Foundry. You will drive validation, data integrity, and regulatory alignment for LIMS, ELN, and CDS platforms, ensuring compliant data flows and instrument integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in a science/IT field with strong IT fundamentals.
5+ years in IT, engineering, or validation supporting informatics.
Experience with LIMS/ELN and CDS platforms in regulated environments.
Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead design and configuration sessions for LIMS/ELN/CDS platforms.
Develop IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and CSV documentation.
Coordinate data flows between lab equipment and informatics systems.
Ensure audit readiness and data integrity for regulatory inspections.
Collaborate with IT and lab teams to enable Foundry objectives.
