Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks an Informatics Engineer for the Lilly Medicine Foundry project in Lebanon, IN. You will implement and support digital laboratory solutions across LIMS, LES, ELN, CDS, and EM platforms, acting as IT SME for analytical labs.

Responsibilities include system design, validation, data integrity, and regulatory alignment (IQ/OQ/PQ). Collaboration with global IT and QA teams ensures readiness for startup and operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 1+ year of IT/engineering/CSV/QA related experience.
• Experience with LIMS: LabVantage or LabWare.
• Experience with ELN: Benchling or Signals Notebook.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of LIMS/LES/ELN/CDS systems.
• Develop IQ/OQ/PQ protocols per 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
• Ensure data integrity and audit readiness for regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate instrument integration between lab equipment and informatics platforms.
• Support site deployment and upgrades of laboratory IT systems.
