Job summary

Lilly's Medicine Foundry seeks an Informatics Engineer to support digital laboratory solutions, integrating and validating key lab IT systems to enable manufacturing and clinical development.

You will lead design, configuration, and validation of LIMS, LES, ELN, and CDS platforms, ensure 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 compliance, and develop IQ/OQ/PQ protocols while upholding data integrity and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related.
• 5+ years supporting lab informatics with LIMS/ELN experience.
• Experience with LabVantage, LabWare, Benchling, Signals Notebook, Empower.
• Working knowledge of CSV, GMP, and electronic records.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• working knowledge of CSV, GMP, and electronic records
• strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• certifications in ITIL or cloud technologies
• familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data integrity frameworks
