Job summary
Lilly is seeking an Informatics Engineer in Indianapolis, IN to partner with Process Translation and Analytical Laboratories IT teams. You will implement and support digital laboratory solutions including LIMS, LES, ELN, CDS and EM platforms to enable the Foundry's objectives.
You will lead design, configuration, validation and release as an IT SME for analytical lab systems. Responsibilities include developing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, ensuring 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and site-wide
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ year of IT, engineering, CSV, or quality-control support.
- Experience with LIMS: LabVantage, LabWare.
- Experience with ELN: Benchling, Signals Notebook, or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
Responsibilities
- Lead system design and configuration sessions for LIMS, LES, ELN, and CDS.
- Develop IQ/OQ/PQ protocols compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
- Maintain data integrity and audit readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate instrument integration between lab equipment and LIMS/LES.
- Support deployment and upgrades of analytical IT systems at the site.
