Lilly invites applications for an Informatics Engineer to join the Lilly Medicine Foundry. You will partner with Process Translation and Analytical Laboratories to implement and support digital lab solutions, including LIMS, ELN, and CDS, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Located initially in Indianapolis, IN, with a permanent Lebanon, IN base, the role offers a flexible hybrid model (three days onsite, two remote) and opportunities to influence manufacturing and drug

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years IT/engineering experience supporting informatics or QA in a regulated environment.
• Experience with LIMS (LabVantage/LabWare) and ELN (Benchling/Signals Notebook).
• Knowledge of CSV, IQ/OQ/PQ, and regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11/EU Annex 11).

Responsibilities

• Lead system design and configuration for LIMS, LES, ELN, and CDS platforms.
• Develop IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and ensure data integrity for regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with site/global IT teams to ensure operational readiness of lab systems.
• Support audits, validation documentation, and lifecycle management of lab IT solutions.
