Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Sr System Analyst to oversee implementing and analyzing Infor WMS across our warehouse sites. You will guide other system analysts, work with IS, and support upgrades and business go-lives at your location, collaborating with SME teams.

You will diagnose issues, plan development, test, coordinate with vendors, and train users while reporting progress to management. On-call rotation is required, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Advanced degrees are a plus.
• At least 6 years in Information Services or equivalent systems experience.
• At least 3 years with top tier warehouse management systems (Infor, Softeon, Blue Yonder, Korber, Manhattan, etc).
• Experience training end users on system functionality.
• Proficient writing SQL queries to retrieve and manage data.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for business.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized Warehouse Management System support to users and customers.
• Uses Infor WMS, Yardview, MicroStrategy, Nice Label for daily tasks.
• Defines application problems by evaluating procedures and processes.
• Develops solutions with documentation and evaluated options for approval.
• Tests system functionality with test scripts.
• Trains and supports users to drive best practices.
• Interacts with other enterprise systems to drive design and improvements.
• Communicates project status and potential obstacles to the team.
• Participates in on-call rotation.
