DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst) to implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. You will analyze data with a cross-functional team to identify inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions that optimize our systems.

You will work with cutting-edge technology, create dashboards with Advanced SQL, and help drive continuous improvement across our logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
• 1+ years transportation or logistics experience or similar role.
• 1+ years analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the organization
• Analyze and interpret data to improve system functionality and efficiency
• Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Identify and address potential issues and risks
• Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced SQL

The Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst) role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000. For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000.
