Job summary

ID Logistics in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to design and implement WMS solutions for logistics clients. You will partner with operations, clients, and tech teams to design integrations, optimize workflows, and lead testing efforts across Manhattan SCALE deployments.

Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, developing test plans, creating SQL queries, and documenting processes. Travel up to 15% and a hybrid work setup are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS(SCALE).
• Proficiency writing and analyzing SQL queries.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and process documentation.
• Experience with integration and interface data mapping using EDI and XML formats.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through SOWs, functional requirements docs, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Lead data mapping integrations across client and internal systems, documenting mapping specifications.
• Develop and execute integration, system, and UAT testing plans coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
• Create ad hoc SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Design, test, and support WMS enhancements, integrations, and system extensions.
