Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to implement and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions for logistics clients. You will partner with operations, clients and technical teams to design integrations, optimize workflows, and drive Manhattan SCALE deployments.

Work Location: Austell GA or Columbus OH — Hybrid, with remote consideration. Salary range $87,000-$115,000 plus a performance-based bonus. Travel up to 15% and no immigration sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (SCALE).
• Proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional specs.
• Experience with integration and interface data mapping using EDI and XML formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating testing activities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through SOWs, functional requirements, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Lead data mapping across client and internal systems, documenting mapping specifications.
• Develop and execute integration, system, and UAT testing plans with clients and stakeholders.
• Create ad hoc SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Design, test, and support WMS enhancements, integrations, and extensions.
• Provide Level 2 application support and collaborate with technical teams on resolutions.
• Participate in solution design reviews for new implementations and process improvements.
• Develop training materials and end-user documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, integrations, and processes.
• Ensure GMP and site safety requirements compliance.
