Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Talent and Influencer Integration team. You will bring 4–5 years of experience and a deep understanding of the creator economy to manage campaigns for iconic brands and disruptive startups.

You will lead influencer campaigns from strategy to reporting, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across global campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent and influencer relations.
• Proven ability to execute campaigns from strategy to completion.
• Strong outreach to high-level talent reps and partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated influencer campaigns aligning creator voices with brand goals.
• Produce briefs, talent contracts, client memos, and briefing notes.
• Monitor news cycles for influencer opportunities and cultural moments.
• Manage 4–6 client rosters with efficiency and professionalism.
• Plan and execute talent-focused events and on-site logistics.
• Mentor junior staff and share industry knowledge.
• Lead with trust and integrity in media and partner interactions.
