Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive talent- and influencer-led campaigns for a roster of 4–6 clients, blending entertainment with strategic communications. You will craft briefs, manage relationships with talent reps, and contribute to influencer activations while mentoring junior staff.

You’ll operate at the intersection of entertainment, social impact, and brand storytelling, guiding campaigns from strategy through analysis in a fast-paced New York

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in talent and influencer relations with a proven campaign track record.
• Deep familiarity with creator economies and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Meticulous writing skills to translate brand messages into clear creator briefs.
• High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration under tight timelines.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Driven to over-deliver and contribute positively to team culture.

Aufgaben

• Execute integrated strategies for earned and paid influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals.
• Produce and edit briefs, talent contracts, client memos, and briefing notes.
• Monitor news cycles and culture moments to leverage opportunities for clients.
• Manage 4–6 client roster and support senior leaders to hit deliverables.
• Plan and execute talent-focused events and on-site support for activations.
• Mentor junior staff and share expertise across the team.
