Job summary

Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis in Los Angeles seeks a strategic, high-velocity Account Executive to join the Talent and Influencer Integration team. You will lead daily outreach to LA-based talent reps and creators, driving partnerships that align with client missions in entertainment and social impact.

You are 2–3 years in communications/PR with a passion for creator culture and strong storytelling; you will oversee influencer activations and ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced LA

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in communications, entertainment, or PR.
• Expert at using talent research tools to find the perfect partner for a campaign.
• Live at the intersection of social media and the creator economy; understand brand-m creator connection.

Responsibilities

• Daily Narrative Execution: lead outreach and storytelling for a roster of clients with LA-based talent reps and managers.
• Creator Economy Integration: identify creators to move client goals and bridge brand mission with creator communities.
• Active Talent Outreach: pitch and secure high-impact collaborations across lifestyle, entertainment and social impact.
• Strategic Ground Game: plan influencer activations, red carpets, and talent content shoots with on-site management.
• Content Command: produce briefs, itineraries, social briefs, and briefing notes for clients.
• Account Stewardship: manage agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers.
• Cultural & Social Radar: monitor LA zeitgeist and platform trends for timely engagement.
• Relationship Driven: build trust and authenticity with talent reps, media, and colleagues.
