Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer with 7+ years of consulting experience to contribute to our industrial water and wastewater design projects across the IWTO portfolio.

The role is hybrid, supporting client facilities across the United States with occasional international travel. A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering is required, with a Master’s degree and PE licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in the industrial water/wastewater field.

Responsibilities

• Function as the process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Apply processes and technologies for physical/chemical treatment.
• Receive mentoring from a senior process engineer.
• Delegate engineering or scientific calculations/drawings to junior staff.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design teams to implement treatment solutions.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and client meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering

Master’s degree in engineering or related field
