Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer with 4+ years of consulting experience to join our IWTO team. You will lead process design for water and wastewater projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the United States.

The role supports field work, startup and commissioning, and may require up to 25% travel. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a valid driver’s license are required; master’s or PE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in the industrial water/wastewater field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Function as the process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Develop designs for treatment processes and equipment specs.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Support field work including surveys, QA/QC, and startup activities.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and client meetings.
