Arcadis, the world’s leading design, engineering and consultancy firm, is seeking a Senior Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer / Design Manager for our IWTO team in the United States. You will lead process engineering on industrial water and wastewater projects, applying advanced treatment technologies and guiding project delivery.

The role is hybrid with up to 25% travel, offers mentoring to mid-level and junior staff, supports business development and client proposals, and requires a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of industrial wastewater experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration in one or more states.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering on industrial water and wastewater projects.
• Manage design deliverables, costs, and schedules.
• Mentor mid-level and junior staff.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Travel up to 25% for client meetings and site visits.
