You will own the full sales process, collaborate with engineering and operations, and travel up to 50% for customer visits, pilot testing, and project execution, driving profitable growth across territories.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred; other technical fields considered.
• 10+ years in the water industry with 5+ years in direct technical sales or application engineering for water treatment.
• Strong foundation in process engineering and industrial water systems; familiar with PFD/P&ID; willing to learn CAD or simulation software.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer visits, training, and project execution.

Aufgaben

• Develop and win new business opportunities for custom-engineered water treatment and related solutions.
• Drive profitable growth across assigned customers, technologies, applications, and regions.
• Expand disinfection business through new customers and growth within house accounts.
• Lead business development for complex water treatment and infrastructure projects with end users, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Drive growth of chip cooling, hydronic loop monitoring, glycol management, and water quality analytics by identifying needs and proposing technical solutions.
• Own the full sales process: prospecting, qualification, CRM, solution development, pricing, negotiation, and orders; maintain forecasts and pipelines.
