Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Sales Engineer with a chemical engineering background and 10+ years in the water industry to join our Global Accounts Team. The role emphasizes technical, consultative sales of capital water treatment equipment to data centers and food & beverage manufacturers.

You will own the full sales process, collaborate with engineering and operations, and travel up to 50% for customer visits and project execution, driving growth with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years in water industry with 5+ years in direct technical sales or application engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits and projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business opportunities for water treatment solutions.
• Lead complex water treatment projects with end users, engineers and contractors.
• Drive growth in chip cooling, hydronic loop monitoring, glycol management, and analytics.
• Own the full sales process: qualification, solution development, pricing and contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and project management to ensure project success.
• Maintain CRM, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines; support pilot testing and startups.
