Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager for the Gävle area in Sweden to strengthen its Nordic Sales capability within the Industrial Water Treatment segment. This field-based role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving new business opportunities in a technical, consultative manner.

You will work with customers to understand processes, translate needs into value-creating solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a similar technical field.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in project management or customer-facing technical roles.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advisory services to customers and internal business units.
• Conduct market research and analyse market trends.
• Develop project plans, monitor project progress, and ensure delivery according to plan.
• Participate in and follow up on local and international trade fairs, seminars, and industry events.
