Black & Veatch seeks a Senior Industrial Water I&C Engineer to lead instrumentation and control design for large water projects across North America. This role coordinates multi-discipline teams, manages budgets and schedules, and interfaces with clients and contractors.

You will leverage extensive I&C experience in industrial water sectors, including PLC/DCS/SCADA, field investigations, and FATs, while mentoring junior staff within BV Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
• 11+ years of related work experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR).
• Experience with instrumentation systems, process analyzers, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and industrial networks.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline workflow to meet budgets and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Support multiple Industrial Water and other Market Sector projects with advanced engineering solutions and technical challenges.
• Lead execution and take overall responsibility for I&C design projects and coordinate I&C engineering efforts for large multi-discipline projects.
• Manage and coordinate automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA services for Industrial Water and Wastewater systems.
• Monitor and control project schedules and budgets; assist with proposals and presentations for sales opportunities.
• Interface with clients and contractors; perform field investigations and factory acceptance testing; help resolve I&C issues.
• Create relationships with industrial clients in North America; liaise between U.S. and global design teams and clients.
