Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Technical Success Consultant to guide customers in leveraging AVEVA Engineering and AVEVA Schematic solutions. You will assess environments, advise on best practices, and drive successful deployments across multiple sites.

In this role, you will work with customers and internal teams to optimize adoption, plan upgrades, and deliver training offerings while traveling up to 20% and collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years performing technical support for AVEVA software or 5+ years creating solutions with AVEVA products.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer technology stacks and governance policies.
• Inform customers of best practices and potential adoption hurdles.
• Identify configuration or design issues and assess system readiness for upgrades.
• Provide AVEVA tuning and performance advice.
• Deliver feature adoption guidance and demo new features.
• Support resolution of technical issues impacting customer journeys.
• Deliver training and create collateral enhancements for AVEVA products.
