Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Technical Success Consultant to drive adoption and value realization of AVEVA software for enterprise customers. You will work across customer tech stacks, provide best‑practice guidance, and lead upgrade and deployment activities with IAC, CSM and AM teams.

Strong AVEVA product knowledge and leadership are essential. The role emphasizes feature adoption, license optimization, and delivery of successful customer outcomes, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years of technical support for AVEVA software or related AVEVA project experience.
• 5+ years of technical project management, pre-sales or solution engineering with AVEVA products.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer technology stack, governance and objectives for AVEVA solutions.
• Inform customers of best practices and help them avoid adoption hurdles.
• Identify configuration or design issues and assess readiness for upgrades.
• Provide AVEVA tuning and performance advice for customer environments.
• Lead upgrade planning and deployment activities with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver feature adoption guidance, demos, and license optimization recommendations.
