Leidos is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Representative to support the Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) SMIT contract in O‘ahu, Hawaii. The role focuses on applying Leidos and government security standards across multiple facilities, including Ford Island Pearl Harbor, Camp H.M.

Smith, and Kaneohe Bay. The ideal candidate will have deep industrial security experience, strong knowledge of NISPOM and SECNAV directives, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Working knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, DISS, eQIP, SECNAV instructions.
• Understanding of STIGs and security systems.
• Experience with DISS or other government personnel security systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Implement guidance on security matters including classification management, visitor control, and DD254 requirements.
• Oversee industrial, personnel, physical, and information security per government directives.
• Conduct security investigations, incident reporting, and preventive/corrective actions.
• Develop training materials and deliver security briefings for collateral clearances.
• Apply SECNAV and NISPOM security program measures across the program.
