Job summary

Leidos is hiring an Industrial Security Representative in Oahu, HI for the USARPAC Indo-Pacific Command EPICS Program. You will bridge government requirements with day-to-day operations, ensuring safeguarding of classified information, assets, and secure spaces.

The role emphasizes interaction with Army and DoW security officials, implementing security policies, and leading clearance actions across levels. Active TS/SCI eligibility is required, with experience in FSO roles and NISPOM guidance

Qualifications

• BA degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Hands-on experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO), CPSO, or equivalent industrial security role.
• Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM and other DoW security guidance and ICDs.
• Experience managing personnel security actions in DISS, NISS, SIMS and/or NBIS.
• Solid understanding of SCIF physical security requirements and related forms.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and submit security clearance packages up to SCI nominations.
• Manage continuous vetting and reinvestigations across clearance levels.
• Conduct in-processing, debriefings, and pre/post foreign travel briefings.
• Administer access control at contract locations and oversee badge issuance.
• Lead physical security assessments of SCIFs and spaces and implement corrective actions.
• Safeguard classified information per NISPOM, ICD standards, and DoW directives.
