Leidos Digital Sector in Oahu, HI seeks an experienced Industrial Security Representative to support USARPAC/EPICS. You will safeguard classified information, manage personnel security actions, and coordinate with Army and DoW leaders to ensure compliance with NISPOM and ICD directives.

The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifikationen

• BA degree required; advanced degrees welcomed.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience as FSO, CPSO, or equivalent industrial security role.

Aufgaben

• Manage personnel security actions and clearances up to SCI.
• Conduct in-processing, indoctrination, debriefings and foreign travel briefings.
• Oversee access control, CAC, badge issuance and space security.
• Lead security assessments of SCIFs and remedy vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with DoW and Army security officials and leadership.
• Maintain SOPs, packages, and compliance documents.
• Provide security education and training programs.
