Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Memphis, TN seeks a seasoned Scheduling Specialist to manage Primavera P6 project controls for industrial shutdowns. You will align with the Overhaul Manager, develop and maintain baseline schedules, and ensure accurate status across planning activities.

The role requires 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication across engineering disciplines and contractors.

Formación

• Experience in scheduling, cost control and estimating on industrial projects.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering disciplines and contractors to align schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain P6 schedule reflecting current status.
• Issue baseline draft schedule by the target date.
• Review shutdown/startup logic with plant management and management stakeholders.
• Export activities from planning system for validation.
• Chair daily update meetings to gather data from area managers.
• Input SCR work and monitor schedule slippage and impacts.
• Develop management monitoring graphs for shutdown oversight.
• Determine lay-off strategy using histograms and communicate it to the Overhaul Contractor Manager.
