Qualifications

• Three+ years of hands-on EHS or safety compliance in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of AZ OSHA and federal OSHA standards.
• Experience leading inspections, investigations and training.
• Strong English; Spanish fluency preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site safety plans, emergency action plans, and PPE programs.
• Maintain an indexed evidence system for training, inspections, audits and corrective actions.
• Lead routine self-inspections and coordinate responses for inspections.
• Set and enforce site PPE rules and vehicle safety procedures.
• Conduct job hazard analyses and coordinate lockout/tagout and fall protection.
• Investigate injuries and incidents and track corrective actions.
