Job summary

You will manage regulatory compliance, risk assessment, incident investigations, and employee training, while partnering with Operations, Engineering and HR to embed safety into daily processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial safety, EHS, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and safety management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support workplace safety initiatives to foster an injury-free culture.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct hazard assessments, risk analyses, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Deliver training on OSHA compliance, emergency response, PPE, and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and document findings.
• Coordinate emergency drills and site preparedness activities.
