Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Safety Health and Environmental Leader to support operations at a multi-shift facility in Southwestern Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring strong industrial safety experience, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement in a manufacturing setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide SHE programs and support day-to-day compliance efforts.
• Partner with operations leadership to strengthen safety culture and accountability.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee employee training, safety communication, and engagement initiatives.
• Support risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Work cross-functionally with plant leadership, supervisors, and employees across multiple shifts.
• Help drive environmental reporting, emergency preparedness, and injury prevention initiatives.
